2. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order has been confirmed and payment processed, it constitutes a binding agreement.

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and does not include GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made within the following notice periods prior to the scheduled delivery time:

• Orders up to AUD $500: minimum 24 hours’ notice
• Orders over AUD $500: minimum 48 hours’ notice
• Orders over AUD $1,000: minimum 5 business days’ notice

Cancellations made outside these notice periods are not eligible for any refund, either full or partial.

4. Cancellation Fees

Where a cancellation is made within the permitted notice period, Fresh Food Café Pty Ltd reserves the right to deduct any costs already incurred, including but not limited to:

• Ingredient purchases
• Food preparation
• Staffing or logistics arrangements

5. Delivery Policy

We make every reasonable effort to deliver orders at the agreed time. However, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, accidents, or operational delays.

• A delivery is considered on time if it arrives within 30 minutes before or after the agreed delivery time.
• Deliveries made within this timeframe do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where payment has not been successfully processed.

7. Food & Allergens Disclaimer

While we take reasonable steps to accommodate dietary requirements and allergens, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in unlawful activity
• Interfering with site functionality
• Attempting unauthorised access
• Uploading harmful software or content
