Sandwich catering is a platter of sandwiches, rolls or wraps, cut and arranged for a group and delivered to the office ready to eat. It is the easiest lunch to serve: no heating, nothing to scoop, no cutlery needed. Offices order it for working lunches, training sessions, workshops and meetings where people eat with one hand and take notes with the other.

The Italian version is a step up from the triangle sandwich. Panini on rosetta rolls and focaccia, tramezzini (soft, crustless Italian finger sandwiches), mortadella and burrata instead of supermarket ham. Read our guide to Italian sandwich platters for the office for the full story.

Choose a mixed platter or build your own. The Italian Mixed Focaccia Sandwich Platter comes in 12 or 20 pieces, and the Italian Rosetta Roll Sandwich Platter in 6 or 8 rolls, whole or cut in half. The Mix Sandwiches and Mix Wrap platters are ordered by headcount, so you simply choose how many people you are feeding. There are also Italian Mini Tramezzini, a Mixed Bun and Baguette Platter, and croissant and toastie platters.

Fillings run from Mortadella, Burrata & Pistachio and Salami Soppressa & Provolone to Chicken Pesto, Tuna with avocado and capers, Grilled Halloumi and a Vegan Schnitzel. If the meeting runs past two, add a pasta tray or a sharing salad so the platter becomes a proper lunch.

A sandwich lives or dies on the bread and on the morning it was made. Ours are made in our kitchen on Bent Street on the day of delivery, by the team that makes panini for the cafe, and filled with Italian deli ingredients: Palmieri mortadella, prosciutto, provolone, burrata and soppressa. Single sandwiches can be left whole or cut in halves or thirds.

We deliver them ourselves in our own van, to your floor rather than the front desk, so they arrive looking the way they left the kitchen. We know the docks and lifts at Aurora Place, 1 Bligh Street, Governor Macquarie Tower, International Towers and Quay Quarter, along with dozens of other towers across the CBD.

The mixed sandwich and wrap platters include at least 20% vegetarian options without you asking. For more, there are Caprese, Grilled Vegetable, Roasted Pumpkin and Grilled Halloumi sandwiches, plus a Grilled Vegan Halloumi and a Vegan Schnitzel. Single sandwiches can be made on gluten-free bread, which is worth asking for early. Halal-certified options run across most of our menus, and every product shows its dietary tags.

Tell us about allergies when you order. We cross-check every platter for peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, shellfish, eggs, gluten and dairy, and the pistachio in the mortadella sandwich is one reason we ask. Every platter is labelled. Our kitchen is not a fully allergen-free environment, so call us for coeliac or complex needs.

We deliver sandwich platters across the Sydney CBD, Wynyard, Martin Place, Barangaroo, Circular Quay, Pyrmont, Ultimo, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Woolloomooloo, North Sydney, Crows Nest, Chatswood, Macquarie Park and the inner Eastern Suburbs. Outside that area, contact us and we will see what we can do.

Order by 2:30pm for next-day delivery and choose your time at checkout, so the platters land a few minutes before the meeting breaks. For same-day sandwiches, call us before 9am and we will tell you on the spot if we can do it. Larger or custom orders need 48 hours. We deliver Monday to Friday.
