We've catered for law firms in the MLC Centre, investment banks in Barangaroo, tech companies in Pyrmont and government agencies across the CBD. We cook everything in-house at our Martin Place kitchen. No outsourced production, no reheating from a central commissary, no picking up product from a third-party supplier. The same chefs who run the café cook every catering order that leaves the kitchen — the food you get is the food we make.

We deliver ourselves. Our van, our driver, your floor — not just your front desk. We know the loading docks, building access rules and delivery windows at Aurora Place, Quay Quarter, Barangaroo's International Towers, 1 Bligh Street and Governor Macquarie Tower, among dozens of other CBD addresses. We're a real café that caters, not a catering company that happens to have a shopfront — our kitchen runs every single day and our ingredients are fresh every single day.

Every EATALO catering menu carries vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options as standard. We also carry Halal-certified options across most menus. When you order, tell us about any allergies or intolerances in your group and we'll cross-check every item before it leaves the kitchen — peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, shellfish, eggs, gluten, dairy.

Every platter and individually packed item is labelled clearly so there's no guesswork at the table. For groups with complex dietary requirements — multiple allergens, religious dietary needs, or clinical requirements — please call us rather than ordering online. It's faster and we can confirm every item is right for your group before we cook.

We deliver catering across the Sydney CBD, Barangaroo, Wynyard, Martin Place, Circular Quay, Pyrmont, Ultimo, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Woolloomooloo, North Sydney, Crows Nest, Chatswood, Macquarie Park and the inner Eastern Suburbs. For larger or recurring orders we often travel further — contact us to confirm your address.

Same-day catering is available — call before 9am and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work. For Monday morning deliveries, please order by Friday afternoon. For large events (50+ people), two to three days' notice is ideal. We deliver Monday to Friday; for weekend enquiries, contact us directly.

For regular office catering, we offer standing accounts with your preferred delivery time, dietary preferences on file and invoicing on terms. Most of our regulars are in law, finance, tech and government — sectors where reliable, recurring catering matters and changing providers every few months isn't worth the hassle.
